The lower peaks in Nepal of around 6,000 meters are more popular as the Trekkers Peaks. However, even the trekker’s peaks are nonetheless a misnomer for novice trekkers. All these smaller peaks are still higher than the highest peaks in America & Europe. The trekking peak climbing requires some technical skill and previous experience. Some peaks are easier trekking peaks fantastic as beginner’s mountaineering trip. For some others, usually a well-equipped base camp is necessary and the ascent of a peak requires one or two high camps. The sharp ridged & snow areas of the mountains require the climbers to be roped and use crampons and ice axe. Currently, 33 peaks have been categorized in two categories of Group A and Group as Trekking Peaks. A separate royalty has to be paid along with garbage deposit for climbing these trekking peaks.
